Release Tx selected as one of 10 Swiss Startups for the 5th Innovation Trip China (24 September 2025)

We are pleased to share that Release Therapeutics has been selected as one of 10 Swiss startups to participate in the 5th Innovation Trip China.

Jointly organised by the Swiss-Sino Innovation Center (SSIC) and the Sino European Federation of Lifesciences (SEFL), the programme includes visits to Wuxi, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Zhenjiang, as well as a series of pitching and networking events designed to connect innovators, financial institutions, corporations, and the government.

Our CEO, Dr. Julien Grogg, has been invited to deliver an address as the representative of Swiss entrepreneurs in Minhang District, Shanghai, with senior municipal and district officials in attendance: a genuine honour that reflects the deepening collaboration between our ecosystems.

With China and Switzerland among the world leaders in biotechnology, Release Therapeutics’ selection for this initiative underscores our position as a pioneer in encapsulated cell technology and provides a powerful platform to accelerate its translation into therapies for severe diseases of the CNS.
